The Durham Short Term Transitional Housing Program was created to provide housing and training resources in order to successfully integrate disabled citizens into society from incarceration.
Durham Short Term Transitional Housing was founded on the philosophy that everyone deserves a second chance and a fresh start. We believe that all persons, no matter what their history deserve the opportunity to be deemed a respectable member of society.
